• Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
• No Show: Failure to attend without notification may result in a charge for the full session fee.

• Packages or prepaid sessions must be used within the validity period outlined at purchase. Refunds on unused packages are not typically provided.
